She has built high-performing teams, led transformative initiatives, and elevated brand visibility, reputation, and profitability across her projects.

She has also served on executive boards for two regional chambers of commerce and the Public Relations Society of America New Jersey Chapter, where her expertise helped drive chapter growth and revenue, as well as shape industry standards and enhance community engagement.

As a natural connector, she leverages the power of social media to build and maintain a global digital rolodex of both professional and social relationships with industry experts, C-suite executives, renowned brands, thought leaders, key influencers, and rising talents from diverse sectors, including media, technology, healthcare, politics, sports, and entertainment.

Deirdre is a sought-after speaker and thought leader who has shared insights on integrated digital communications strategies and industry trends through podcasts, panel discussions, and professional development programs. She has designed and led both in-person and virtual workshops, translating industry expertise into actionable strategies for diverse audiences, and contributed articles to leading industry publications, including Ragan PR Daily, Spin Sucks, and Muck Rack.

Outside of work, she is committed to a health and wellness lifestyle. She’s recently lost over 80lbs and boasts a 207lb deadlift and 105lb bench press. 💪
